Surface Preparation:
Ensure the surface is: Clean
Free from dust, grease, oil, heavy soot, and mildew
Fill any holes or joints as necessary
Remove old loose, flaking, or peeling paint
For new walls: Allow newly plastered surfaces to mature for at least 8-12 weeks.
Surface should be free from loose particles and greasy/oily substances.
Avoid applying paint at temperatures below 50ºF (10ºC).
For old walls/previously painted walls: Thoroughly scrape off previous coatings of lime wash, distemper, etc.
Sand gloss or sheen from existing emulsion-based coatings.
Treat fungus-affected areas separately.
Repair cracks and areas affected by leaks before painting.
Ensure sufficient surface drying.
Application Process:
Dilution ratio for brush application: Water = 1:1 (by volume)
Use the thinned material within 12 hours.
Do not retain thinned material beyond the recommended time.
