Surface Preparation:
Ensure the surface is free from loose particles, dust, and grease.
Remove any growth of fungus, algae, or moss using wire brushing and Duracoat White Spirit.
Fill surface cracks or holes with appropriate wood filler.
Eliminate traces of wax or oil by power sanding.
Application Process:
New Surfaces: Rub down the surface and clean it with Duracoat White Spirit.
Apply one coat of Duracoat Varnish Stain and let it dry.
Lightly sand and clean the surface, then apply two more coats.
Previously Varnished Surfaces: Remove loose and flaking varnish, sand down, and apply two coats of Duracoat Varnish Stain.
Previously Painted Surfaces in Poor Condition: Sand the prepared surface as above and apply three coats of Duracoat Varnish Stain.

Avoid eye and skin contact; wash with clean water if contact occurs.
